Offline installation of .Net Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) in Windows 8

Follow Siple Six Step

1. insert DVD in DVD-ROM

2. press Windows key + Q   and  type CMD

3.  When the Command Prompt      App appears   Right Click it

4. Click Run as administrator

 Now Administrator: Command Prompt is start

Then type this command

       dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /all /source:I:\sources\sxs

I = DVD Drive Path

6. Press Enter Key

than Waite for 100%  compleate enable feature
